I have just reset the fuel levels in the float bowls so will have another go at setting it all up tomorrow after work.
I notice you have a Pamco. Is it any good? What coil are you using with it?
Was it easy to set up?

The Pamco Ignition works really well. It has only 3 wires to connect, and is easily timed with a timing light. You must use the mechanical advance (ATU). I use the Accel coil # 140403S (non CDI). My bike starts instantly every time, over the last 3 years, and I get about 56 mpg (US gal.) or 23.7 km/L.

Where did you get your coil?

I bought the coil from www.mawonline.com back in 2007. I just checked and I see their price has gone up 44% from when I bought. Somewhat expensive now.

For a better deal, you may want to look at something like the #17-6822 coil from Mikesxs.com......................maybe not available in the UK??

I use coils for Harleys. They're a dime a dozen on eBay over here. I got one for about $15, another for about $25, both brand new, never used.

I run the red Andrews now with my Pamco, used to run the Accel Power Pulse when I had points.
