Points with Electronic Ignition Coil

If I switch to a points / condenser ignition I can still utilize my electronic ignition coil correct?

Is it a dual output coil? If so I think there are a couple ways to do this. One is to convert to a single point system which requires a double lobed points cam that MikesXS sells. The other is to run the points in parallel, I am not sure exactly what needs to be done but I have read about it on here somewhere. I am not sure about the resitance on the primary side of the coil.

The 2 to 3 ohm primary resistance on your electronic ignition coil is too low for points. They will burn up quickly. You want a coil with 4 or 5 ohms.
