Czech outfit that makes CDI and TCI. They appear to offer one for the XS400 for a little over $200. I am a cheapskate, but I'd be willing to pay that for a brand-new XS650 TCI. They claim to be able to make a TCI for most any bike. Our TCIs are great when they work right, and it would be nice to just plug a new one in when they go bad.

This outfit repairs and tests CDIs. Maybe someone in the UK can call the number and see if they can test and repair our TCIs.
