Quick question.....wires through the handlebars....what years?

I recently picked up some more spare parts for my 1975 XS650B ( yep, you have created a monster ) and in the lot is what I was told were stock handle bars for the B model. I have my bike here and a B model parts bike and both the handle bars are the same. This (new to me) set I have is different.....still has the holes for the wires to run along the inside of the bars....but higher rise and pull back than the ones I have on both my bikes.

What years did the XS have the wires running through the bars??????

75 for sure, maybe 74, that's it.
While tearing down 2 75s I think I found the smoking gun on when Yamaha adapted the JIS bolt standard the early production 75 has the "world spec" 13mm bolt heads, the late production went over to the JIS 12mm bolt heads. Woo hoo, Fascinating!
