For this ancient post on using electrolysis to clean the inside of a tank.

I've used electrolysis a lot for cleaning various parts but never gave a thought to using it on the inside of a tank. His picture of the rubber cork and the bent anode was all I needed.

A quick variation on his idea to make do with what I had laying around (and I added a vent as I filled the tank right to the top) and 8 hours later, voila! a clean tank!

Now to get on with priming, sanding, glazing, sanding, painting, sanding, painting, sanding, clear-coating and buffing...:banghead:
