I did run the shifter on the shop bike and it works good and it is a quick shift.

Ok,
I bought this just like it is it was someone else's project and I have no idea where they were going with it but It needs work. It appears to me that it you would have to fab up your own brake pedal wether you have drum or disk, the peg mount is there.
That is really all I can tell you about it.
Feel free to call and maybe I can give you some more input on it.

i'll pass for now. I haven't figured out the brake issue yet here either. If I have to fab something, I can pretty much as well cut off some peg mounts and weld them on to the other end of the mount to rearset, I'm thinking.
