You won't find any gasket sets that include rings. A lot of gasket sets only include gaskets, no seal and such. They sell the seal kits extra.
I used the kits from Mile's without problems, Others have had better luck with other sets. I think, that Mike's sell the Athena sets. The Veshra (spelling?) sets are popular.
On rings you need to find out what size your bore is. If worn you may need to bore to the next oversize then fit new pistons.
In your repair manual it describes how and where to measure both the pistons you have and the bores. You then subtract the piston size from the bore size to determine clearance. If this clearance is to large you need to go with new pistons and bored to match.
