They should have rewinds right in stock. They send you one of those and you pay an extra "core" charge until you send them your old bad rotor. Then they refund your core charge if your old one can be fixed. Not all can. Some people screw them all up, lol, usually by trying to remove them without the proper puller.

Hello everyone. In case any one is wondering how things ended up panning out ...
I bought a stator and rotor from gggGary, and just got done installing them. I am not getting 13.7 volts when above 3000 rpms. I'm hoping this is close enough, as I don't know what else the issue could possibly be. Is 13.7 enough?

I am getting 13.7 volts at 3000 rpms and 13.9 at around 5000 rpms. It is charging good though. I have been riding it and it has been maintaining a charge
I think your problem is fixed.
The bike in my avitar charges at 13.8 and has never been a problem.
