Replacing Brake Line

First, I'd just like to say I'm pretty new and am fumbling my way through a lot of work on the mc. I want to replace my front brake line with a ss from mikesxs or another vendor. What's the process for replacing the line? Thanks!

Drain brake fluid, take old line off, put new line on, bleed brakes. Most of us do away with the 2 originals w/ junction block and just run one long line.
