anybody out there let their girl sit on the rear fender or have a litle butt pad back there for her. how do you strengthen the fender enough lets see some pictures...

A lot of dudes will fit the fender, trim off excess length, and use whatever remnants that were removed as a doubler to reinforce for a p-pad.
I have a full length 7 metal west and used the 4" I cut off it to make a damn strong fender mount since I don't ride 2 up.
