Seems like the choices are limited. Is EBC as good or better than Mikes, Or are there better choices that I'm not finding? I'm a heavy rider so I'm looking for performance first and not low price. Look forward to hearing from you that have been there - done that.
Well after google searching again I found Barnett Had clutch discs and springs so I already ordered them.

This looks like the hot set up but I don't want to have to machine My clutch hub to make it work on an 83

I use Ferodo friction plates and Vesrah springs from 650 Central. The Vesrah springs are heavier than OE, but I don't feel much difference at the lever.

I had A CB 1100 F That a Barnett clutch solved all its issues.

Probably easier to buy a different hub on ebay rather than machine what you have, unless you have a large enough lathe. I forget they went back to a 6 plate clutch on the late bikea.
