What's the piston diameters of the Master Cylinders?

If you are talking about the plunger that goes in and out it 10mm without measuring the rubber around it but I think most of them are the same. I was curious and measured the other two I have and they are different brands and they too are 10mm.
Can I ask why the size makes a difference when the bore hole could be 8mm 10mm 12mm and the plunger will match that?

It's all about how much fluid is moved and the pressure it builds.

interesting . Have to play with a couple to see how much the difference is. Never had a problem with any I used in the past. Are you trying to match up with a certain slave cylinder for easy pull. Plus have you found one that works better on a XS650 with a slave cylinder. I have used Harley masters on suicide clutch with a KTM slave with no problem. Have to make one up for a bike I have here so that's why I am asking. Never did one with handlebar master on a XS650 so should be fun to try.
