Looking for a couple sets of Spoke wheels that i can Powder Coat

Is it ok (safe) to clean and powder coat the old spokes on my '78 XS650 wheels?

Looking at the picture, it appears they were just powder coated without dissasembly. Wouldn't I want to take them apart and powdercoat individual components?

All of the ones i have powder coated have been blasted first and any bad spokes replaced. I have taken them apart and just did rim and hub with new spokes but if you never relaced before it can be a handful. If you do relace take pictures first so you can see pattern of spokes and then have to true them .
