Two Fronts here in this "Rusty Pile" @ work. Im going to cut the spokes out. Rims are pretty straight actually.

I've put some effort into saving the more corroded and stuck bearing hub. The rim is also pretty crusty with some pitting in the spoke holes but it could be polished up some day I suppose. Anyway, the earlier than 77 hubs do have steel threaded disc mount holes. This hub needs a couple of those steel hole cleaned and retapped. 77 up have just aluminum threaded disc mount holes. I prefer to have this earlier hub in the stash to polish/repair as well because the earlier style hubs besides the steel disc mount threads, also are shallower "blind hole" and not "thru hole" through the casting as a few of the 77's are..
This early hub will make a great looking double disc upgrade on my bike someday. I would recommend remembering and searching for an earlier style hub.. In Good Condition !
