Starter solenoid engaging but starter motor wont turn...

Ever since my rebuild I cant seem to get the starter motor to work... the solenoid engages but the motor wont turn. Does any one have any ideas???

I'd start by testing the starter motor. Get (motorcycle style) jumper cables, put one end of the red cable on the terminal on the starter motor, and tap the positive battery post with the other end of the red cable. If starter motor is good, it will turn.
Also, make sure battery is holding a good charge, and check battery connections.
