Ah... ofc the PO had to change things up to make people scratch their heads and say..huh?...

Well... that's not really a bad thing. Personally I'm not a fan of the bendable lock-tabs. On my SG I just used the original nut and loctite. The locknut looks to be a pretty good upgrade imho.
