Swing Arm info

Hi All,

Does anyone know if any model swing arm will fit any frame?
I know there is a difference between the disc and drum brake swing arms but not sure if there are the same size that fits into the frame at the pivot point.

Measured by 75 model frame at the pivot point and its 200mm.

Can anyone advise?
