I'd pick the one with less rust. 
SPII ie partz bin special./ That swing arm was used on the standards because the low hanging mufflers prevent you from removing the axle. So you can unbolt the inserts and slide the wheel, axle and all, back to remove. If you plan to go to a custom exhaust that has more of a straight line than slanted up they might be useful.
