I thought the forum may be interested in this -
I'd like to shout out for TriSpark ignition systems out of Australia. I've two xs650's and fitted MikesXS charge igntion systems to both. One ran, one would not run right , no matter what I did. So, I went and brought an ignition system from TriSpark Aus and fitted it. What an outstanding piece of kit & dispenses with the advance weights . Starts immediately, runs smoother and pulls like a schoolboy. Just amazing the difference - so clearly I've another on the way for the other bike.
I'd not had that much of a bad run with Mikesxs parts as other have seemed to ; but their ignition systems seems to be best described variable random spark generators. I've other tasty phrases of course, but I'd never use language like that in a public forum
