Trouble with mikesxs

Anyone else have trouble with customer service from mikesxs? I need a simple throttle cable to fit vm34s but I cannot them to help me with the right part number. I hate to buy and return because of a 25% return fee plus shipping. They always come back with a vague email. Maybe they do not know these bikes like I thought they would. Is xs650 central better?

Yes, and if some of you would search mikes XS here you would see the dozens of threads bitching about thier shipping, customer service, return policy, shitty products, and general dissatisfaction with them as a vendor. If folks continue to blindly go there from googling "where can I find XS650 parts" there will never be an incentive for them to be better, and there will never be a shortage of "MikesXS SUCKS" threads here.

And then...I've ordered parts from Mikes quite a few times and not had any issues with them.

i have not had any major problem, but that was before the company was sold.
