I'm just curious what people get for vacuum readings from a healthy bike? I'm only getting about 15" separate, if I "T" the cylinders together it reads about 12" I think my cam timing is a bit retarded. I rephrased about 8 years ago and have been fighting with tuning ever since. End of last year I was setting the sync and it hit me that the vacuum seemed low. At that point i set the spark timing for the highest vacuum (which put it dead on with a timing light) and I've been able to get better tuning results. Might pull the motor this fall/winter and address the cam timing.
