Vm34 questions

After plenty of hassle and struggle with my stock bs34s I've given up and decided to buy the mikuni vm34s offered on mikesxs. But what I was wondering was if anyone knew what else I would need ( other then part number 48-8102, and 48-8103) to run them on my 81 650? I know that I can run the stock mounting boots from the bs34s but could I run the 2 to 1 throttle cable offered by mikesxs? And what about fuel supply, do I split my lines through a T joint or can I have one carb feed the other like my bs34s? just allot of confusion and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My tank has two fuel peacocks so I just run the left side to the left vm34 and the right side to the right.
The cable that I ordered from Mikesxs was Part #51-6506. The cable comes a little long, so your cable adjustment ontop of the carb will be maxed out. But it seems to be the only one from mikes that works.
