what carbs are these?

Picked up these mikuni flatslide carbs a fella had that he said were on his xs650 around 1990.
Id like to know roughly when they were produced but more importantly if they will suit my 75 xs..with jetting etc of course.
i found this http://www.iwt.com.au/TMdrawing.htm and as the picture shows im missing needles & theres only one jet
has anbody used these tm carbs before on a 650 and/or any ideas or jetting?

Since you've given no dimensions for the carburetors it's impossible to identify them. Measuring the ID of the spigot will tell you what you have. Those carbs were originally fitted with hex-pattern mains, not the small round main in your photo.
