What do you think of this deal for two?

Thinking of buying this pair of 1975 standards. One that ran recently, but missing some parts, has title. Another that is complete, but no title and motor is stuck. Can get both for $500, plus about a 120 mile road trip. What say ye?

That, my friend... is an awesome deal. matching parts, same years! What could possibly go wrong!? And of corse, as you know, the motor isnt stuck.
Chop one into a hard tail, restore the other, when the feeling hits you to go to the other bike, throw the working motor in it! easy peasy, Japan-easy!
