What motor is this?

Looks like a modified Yamaha Bolt.

Hmmm..no oil pan....empty? Surely no gas either.....battery disconnected or most likely is none installed at all... Liability and insurance needs and all ...and steamed cleaned so no fumes to discourage potential customers...

I believe that started out as an SCR950, the bike I lusted after before I bought the FJ.

Right up until I rode the daughter's Bolt. That engine is a real snoozer. Don't know if there's any aftermarket stuff to wake it up or not, haven't heard of any.

It IS a sexy sumbitch tho.

Well, there is hope, even for the Bolt/SCR. Just look here:

10 to 12 hp more with ECU upgrades, air and exhaust. Surely more to be found with more serious mods.
