what octane are you burning?

I have become curious about octane...and ethanol content...I only have one local gas station...a Petro Can... @ 1.40 a litre...for low octane... I tried #1 gas and my bike hates it...There has appeared on the pumps lately, a notice that the fuel can contain as much as 10% ethanol..?
I am wondering if anyone has researched the effect of running fuel with ethanol through these bikes!!! Mine hasn't been the same since they upped the ethanol..Noisy valve train no matter what I do...
What are your thoughts and what octane is everyone running???

I usually run 91 octane in mine it is normally E10. I have not had any issue that I have noticed.......... I run E-85 in my old '65 Impala.. I love it... I won't got back to running 110 leaded race fuel as long as the E-85 is available.... cant beat for the cost and performance.....
