I don't think they are steering wheels. I think they are some sort of manual pully control for the dock.

We've been having unseasonably mild weather over the past few days. And some rain to wash the roads. Yesterday, managed short runs on XS650 and Kawasaki W800. Lets me think they are still in use. This morning - it's nine o'clock just now - a lot cooler but I don't think there has been a frost. So might manage to venture out again.
Today in Cardiff it cold, grey and dry. But I'm in my retail shop working and it'll be dark when I get away.
Just get home tonight and cook a fillet beef, Gratin Dauphinois with glazed asparagus & carrots.
Wash it down with a lovely Amarone red!

Sposed to break 40F here today and the recent fuel system cleaning on madness needs a test ride........
It's headed for 65F here. I have errands to do. XS11 is going to get the nod today.
But tomorrow will be better - Clear sky and 6 Celsius (43 F).
