I have no idea about the float cell widths. Gary would be the guy to ask about the 650Central float cells. The Suzuki ones should match the stock Yamaha ones and have the wider cells. I happened to acquire a set of GS425 twin carbs in a box of supposedly 650 carbs. That's how I discovered their floats fit. The list of other Suzuki carbs they fit is also a pretty good clue. They're all CV BS type Mikunis very similar to the 650 BS38s.
