Where to buy shock bolts/nuts for '80

I am looking for somewhere I can buy both the bolts and nuts for '80 rear shocks, I see this on ebay:

But I don't really want to spend $30+ just for the lower bolts. MikeXS doesn't seem to have them for the '80 frame. Thanks.
