wiring brushes

Sorry guys I searched and kinda understand it..but just wanna get a straight answer.. my electrical skills are not up to par.....have a 79 alternator and a hughs reg/rec...I know three white wires go to three yellow. Blue is neutral. Yellow gets capped. But how do I wire up brushes...I have a green and black left...thank you for any help

If you have Hugh's PMA system you shouldn't have brushes.

No just bought the reg/rec....should I have went with a different reg/rec?

Yes, you need something that works with the standard charging system, not the PMA. Have you read through the charging system guide in the tech section?
