XS1 Harness Ground? Location

On an XS1, Where did this split wire connector originally mount? It is with the group of wires around the coil area. I see it on my original harness too, but since the bike was a disaster when I got it, I don't recall where or if it was even attached.

On later models, it attached to one of the coil mounting studs. I don't see why the XS1 would be any different .....

Ahhh, OK. looks like I need to grind some powder coating off. The bike came with aftermarket coils held on with large hose clamps. They had bent the coil bracket around the frame. I was able to use a donor frame to replace the bracket. Almost 3 years and the bike should be ready this spring.
