Wanted - XS1 Head

but I am still amazed at the perfect fit not only at the bearings but at all the valve cover sealing surfaces too
You must be livin' right. ;) I just stuck a mismatched head and rocker box together and a fingernail hangs on both bearing cutouts and all 4 valve cover openings. I'm guessin' a good .005-.010" offset.

I took a intake and exhaust valve out to inspect also someone here wanted photos of the ports and bowls, the valve guides are tight tight tight and the valve stem seals are soft and plyable, photos to come later tonight or tomarrow

havent taken photos yet ,but WOW, the port desighn on a xs1 head is tottaly diferent from a 447 head

Jack, im going to taer down a 447 head before i take the photos so we can all have a side by side comparison

Doesn't matter for the exhaust ports, they're all the same, the XS1 intake ports are very unique indeed.

Thought I'd never say this about the XS1s but the casting in those intakes is bad near combustion cap,not good .
