Well What you see is what I found when I pulled the petcocks. Guess I'm going to whistle by the graveyard. Left the o'rings where they are smeared hylomar in the o-ring groove and around the bolts and put it together. Will put in the gas and if it holds fuel, ride tomorrow. Not sure what WR had used for sealer but it held over 1500 miles of rough trailer riding with a half tank of gas in it. You can see the paint previously had lifted, been scraped off, petcocks installed, then repainted in that area.
