Mortons Neuroma
:hijack: this CL thread, but I couldn't find anything on this on the health thread...
Had to Google this...turns out I have a symptom, feels like a wadded up sock under the ball of a foot. I changed shoes and Dr. Scholls inserts. This was an improvement, but not a cure:(....hummm, maybe a trip to the 'vet'. :umm:
Sorry you're going to be out of commission for a while Jim.

I'd get it looked at if I were you. Those wadded up socks eventually turn into marbles and standing becomes almost impossible. There's treatments that works (shots) before it gets too bad. Spoiler alert... shots 'tween the toes is a whole new level of "ouch!"

What’s the deal? There have been about three of these come up for sale in just the last few months, as well as some nice old Triumphs. When I was looking hard for one about 13 years ago, there were none to be found. This one is about 15 minutes from my house. I’m beginning to wander if a lot of older owners are hanging up their helmets.

I had to make a trip to St; Louis for a few days and to fill in some down time I got to looking at the STL Craigslist and came across this. Denny and I texted back and forth and found a time to meet today. I have to say it was an honor to meet and spend some time with him. I have to admit I've had and seen a few stashes of XS650 parts but I have never seen on like he has. There is soooooo much more than he lists. I offered to post his listing in this forum and he accepted my offer. So here it is.

Yes, SR500's are easily found up here as well. 1989-91 was a very innovative time for Honda. NX650, GT650 V twin. Transalp etc.. I was lucky to be part time employed by a small Honda shop in Bend Oregon and got to sample ride those models. They were cool but my Seca 650 had my interest until I got hold of the 91 FJ1200 that is.
GB500's electric start is favorable to many.
