Hello i am relatively new to this forum, and I have been told that people can be really helpfull on these things so I was wondering how to change the oil on an xs650 that my dad has out in the shed he says if i can get it running we will get a couple motocross bikes. so could you help me with that a few pics would be nice maybe a vid?

Luke, you can find the oil change stuff in the Tech section, under Maintenance. Its easy.
The drain bolts (2) can be a bit tough to remove. Might need a cheater bar on your socket wrench,
The R & R of the oil sump filter can get a bit tricky, if you do that. Nuts need to be carefully torqued so as to not snap them off.
