Why not crusin in comfort
I'm just curious if your cupholder's gonna be red or chrome?
Apples and oranges, but my '05 H-D Road King has a Mustang seat with a quick detach backrest and as someone with a bad back, I love it. If you ever change from the stock seat, I recommend Mustang or Ultimate.I’ve decided to add a removable backrest to my bike. This one is made by a company called Grasshopper, they make them for several cruiser bikes. They are non adjustable, but the slick part is they are quick release, on and off in just seconds. Around town…..leave it off…..wanna go for a long ride…..it slides right in. It comes with a bracket that bolts right on top of your seat mount, and when the rear seat is in place , the mount is nearly invisible.

I haven’t had it out for a ride yet, but when I do, I’ll post a little update.

That's a fact! You wanna' have real fun? Ride a touring bike in a parade!I'm in the feet forward and backrest camp for all day riding. Alas my stable currently lacks a running bike in that category. Mainly cuz that position also tends to a bike with a wet weight of way over 800 lbs. Fine for the highway, but no fun at low speed.

Go on.... you know you're just a tinkerer at heart.... you know you want to...but it’s breathing hard anywhere over 65 mph. That was the bargain I struck, I knew it going in. So far, no regrets.

KIDDING!! I’m interested to hear how it works for you! I’m Sure you’ll love it though. Really gearing up for some trips
Please don’t!I could take a little nap while riding!
It might spoil you!Well the verdict on the backrest is in, I love it , it really helps. I took the bike on an 80 mile ride this morning, almost all highways and it was just very relaxed feeling. I’m almost at that point now , where I could take a little nap while riding!
