I was surprised that they didn't attempt to catch it with the C130 thing. I can't remember what that thing was originally designed to recover - only it was a cool mission and expected to be routine

Ahhh....it was the snatching folks tethered to a balloon off the ground (out of enemy territory,etc) that I -vaguely - remembered
