Help ID this rear fender please!

So last thing I need to do is get a new rear fender. My old one has literally been held in place with zip ties and it's really thin, cracked all over, and rusting away.

My rear tire is a Bridgestone 120/90-16M/C 63P
TW40A (Trail wing 40)

So a 24-25" fender is perfect.

I have no idea where this old one is from... Any ideas on a new fender or what this old one is?

Actually, I think it was a front fender (has a speedo cable loop mount), but haven't a clue.........

Thanks guys I think your right. I might try to save this one for now. Needs to be stripped down and cleaned and welded up right
