Tach Drive Gear and Assembly

Pictures of "The Shim" that is usually missing from the bottom of the Gear,Drive (#8 on the chart is called a shim!) and all the other odd names in the parts Catalog, like #6 called a "gasket", is a copper washer?, #4 is called an "adapter"? I also added some parts numbers and links to find or purchase them.
