Max, as drawn that circuit will not work. There needs to be a set of normally closed contacts ( in the relay) in the line from the battery to the common of the high low beam switch. As drawn the feed and load are on the same terminal of the relay. On the relay pin out I googled the feed from the battery needs to go to pin 30 (relay common) and 87A (relay normally closed)to the high /low switch common. I like the idea consider it stolen.
