I've looked at all your pics, and you certainly have high quality workmanship! However, I don't understand the use of a car alternator on a bike. Did that spec sheet say 41 amps at 3500 rpm? How could you possibly use 41 amps? I think my bike use about 10 amps.
@retiredgentleman Thanks buddy! To be honest, this just falls under "because it was there" ... It certainly would make more sense to go another route. But I've always been quite adept at overcomplicating things
