I found the lock on ebay but I have to buy the tank

What kind of cap fits this tank also whatkind of petcock does it take? I am working on a 75 and I found this tank sealed and it fits but...

Is there a way to test it without being connected to the bike also relays to. I have a bunch of them.

No mine is a b and have 4 copies I have the wiring diagram and the 75 uses 1 fuse while the 79 uses 4
