Took the leakey one apart and polished the seat with a qtip and polishing compound... not perfect but better. Also inspected the washer...

The ones I got were a little long so I took 0.025 off the seats and kept the gaskets. Before and after pics below.

Have aftermarkets in there now but suspect one is leaking sometimes. Don't know for sure but it's on my list of suspects.

Keep in mind that all H4 reflectors are not created equally. Some have much better beam patterns than others.
