just checked the connector from alternator to rectifier, red wire reads 14.3 volts, black wire broken , not even a spade to connect to...

hi ggg voltage is 13.4 at the brush, 5.4 ohms across the copper rings on the rotor, about 1.0 between the 3 white wires. atb earl. ps...
