geoff's xs in sydney might have one..

swing arm extension. best one to use is the early model better area to cut and rejoin will fit wider tire .you can strengthen it by running a plate either side full length along the bottom of the tube. i had to use later model it is heavier but a real bastard to lengthen you have to cut it right...

had a blown up computer hopefully once i work it out i will post pics of the swing arm extension. not as straight forward as you might think.

long story short this is a 73 model with some 72 bits including the tank . i bought it to use as a workshop manual while i built ground up xs2. this rattles and smokes and uses more oil than a refinery but is still better to ride than my 87 softail harley. nobody wanted to buy it so the next...

cheers mikey. the bike sold in 2 days. so ile have to build another one . got a 73 model here so i might build a chopper. the engine needs a rebuild so i might even rephase it while im at it put 700 cc hoos racing pistons in it.
