$300.00 seems fair considering condition, no title and I assume no run (not seized?). I don't think its an '82 because of the shape of the seat. I think maybe '79, '80. Will you provide the VIN? And it should have the year of production on the head stock.

Issue solve. Thanks for all the advice. Turns out it was a timing problem. With the timing plate at full advance it wasn't advanced enough. I trimmed the stops and added a little more advance. Checked with timing light spot on idles smooth and steady and revs quick and snappy. A strange...
