Tweaked the throttle cable bracket the little bit I needed for better alignment then gave it a quick coat of black this evening. Then ordered some stuff at the house tonight, hose ends and adapters to complete the cooling system from head to intake manifold, a coupler for the air filter/air...
Did more on the air cleaner adapter. I still don't really like it I'm just OK enough with it I'm not going to bother making something else. Still needs to be finished and all that.
Well, it's something....but I think I hate it.
The bottom part of the piece isn't shaped right to do what I decided to do with the top. To be fair I did change style half way through so I can't call it a screw up just a reminder not to change course part way through making a part. I'm going...
Air bags, designed right height is actually six inches up. Any lower than that and the front tires hit the fender openings while turning (plus some suspension compression). When the bags are dumped though the frame and rocker panel pinch welds are touching pavement
