    Yep. I changed my Ducati Monster belts myself with Gates replacements. I had an older aircooled one, it wasn’t too bad of a job really ( but the first time I’ll admit, the scare factor was pretty high!)

    Oh! I made a bracket that fits up to a model A Ford tail lamp, and bent it to match the fender curve. I started with a sheet of steel that was wide enough for the plate, drew it on the flat and plasma cut it out, then de-burred, bent and painted. It’s sitting on a small rectangular rubber...

    Did get out for a shakedown ride though ! No leaks from the bodged seal install, but keeping close to home Good coffee at the Depp. Down the road :) Definitely need to take the heavier oil outta the forks for something lighter ….

    Sigh…..looking for my “spare” clutch shaft seal after messing up the installation in the usual way…. Didn’t even have to change it out, as the oil leak was from the entertainingly loose front sprocket…. Well, I’ll just do the fork oil instead and order a 6 pack of seals for next week …

    None of the above, Jan never flew again after the Arrow, others I’m not sure My IP was Rod Durnin ( spelling may escape my memory, was like , almost 40 years ago lol Rod was involved in a few of the flyover above ground Nuc tests as well back then
