I currently have 32mm XS Performance carbs and the right has a leak from the float bowl because its damaged. Anyone have these carbs or spare parts? Anyone know where I could get them?
Thank you, I will do that.
Also if my current bike has 32s would I have to order the same size as my current ones? Didnt see that mentioned anywhere. I know bigger is more power, usually.
Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you could direct me to where I could acquire some new carbs? My right one was leaking, when I cleaned it a piece of the float bowl(where the screw goes into) broke off. They were worn anyways. I tried to find some for sale posts on here to no avail. My current...
Thank you for this long breakdown! I ordered a new switch that comes today and I will follow this thread to make sure I do everything correctly. I also have to go grab a two prong electrical flasher now that my switch is here. I will let you all know how it goes. If it doesn't flash then I will...
I've never seen such a bad drawing be so accurate and easy to read haha. Thanks man! I'll do that and when I get a new harness from DAddy in a few weeks I can wire the new one in or just leave it like this.
Chris, how would you bypass everything to make your own signal wiring? Any advice would help. Right now what I do is I manually make my left or right flashers flash by turning the switch to the direction I want and then off again. O'Reilly's had no diodes so I'll have to check auto zone...
I have spent the last almost two weeks messing with these signals. The right side was working fine before but only when I had LEDs only in the back. Now I have LEDs in the front and back. They only stay on constantly. I've been reading a lot of solutions to people's LED problems and also...
I will try a two prong electrical relay and if that still doesnt work I will buy some diodes so that the current to the flashers goes only one way. I dont have indicator lights so I know that's not the issue.
I did continuity tests and my connections to everything is good I just cant make my...
When you have eveyrhing in stock I will definitely order one. I am just messing with my lights so that I can go to and from work without having to UBer both ways. In 3 to five weeks when the switches come in I can order one for sure. This harness is so wrecked.
Do the number of prongs matter on the flasher unit? My new one has four actually, but only two of them power the lights. I didnt think it mattered. I could get another one with two prongs later today if it does
I'll try the LED swap and let you know first
Actually the one I got is electrical and supports LED and incandescent bulbs. That way I wouldn't run into a problem.
What's weird is that with the standard relay I had right back/front flashers work just fine but when I switch to my left ones the front one is really dim and the back one...
I will try putting some LEDs in the front too since I bought some and see if that changes anything. I opened up the switch and it seems to be working fine when I test it
