    Recommend me an upholstery tool

I always use contact cement on the older metal base seats if the "sharks teeth" are broken off. As I said, contact cement thin layer on both surfaces, let dry and then apply another thin coat on both surfaces. When it's dry to touch ( no glue comes off on your fingers) start pulling the cover...

    Recommend me an upholstery tool

meite MT5016S Upholstery Stapler on Amazon. The problem is you will spend over 100.00 for this and staples to use once? As mentioned above, you can also just get a quart of Weldwood contact cement and brush a thin coat on the vinyl and the plastic base, let dry to touch, apply another thin coat...

Get a pneumatic staple gun that shoots 1/2" crown 20 ga staples. You can get them in 1/4" length. I am an upholsterer and use this size for cycle seats, boat seats etc. The 3/8 crown guns are 22 ga and are more for furniture upholstery. I have both guns.

Hands down Carbtune pro. Very easy to use and the rods are dead steady, no bouncing around or fluid to deal with.

I can't stop leaking (my bike actually) CARBS HAVE STOPPED LEAKING ALL ON THEIR OWN. GO FIGURE. Thanks for all of your help.

The float needles in aftermarket carb kits are usually the incorrect length and will cause problems, but as mentioned check your floats. They will look fine but fuel will seep in them and weigh them down. Also as mentioned check the overflow tubes in the bowls very closely.

    reg/rect. etc. electrics

You are in the right place for XS650 info and support. The tech section in the black bar at the top of the page has a plethora of info for troubleshooting a non charging situation. Could be as simple as a bad battery.

Is this Bike Worth the asking Price, Opinions

    Precovid, this is a 600-700 bike, I wouldn't pay more than 1200.

    Boring

I would go with the 40 (price in my area) per hole. 375 for two holes is ridiculous!
